Some plugins for Angry IP Scanner 2.x are available from the old site. Note that they are for Windows only and don't work with Angry IP Scanner 3.x.

Plugin loader for Angry IP Scanner 3.x is not implemented yet, but will be available once the 3.0 final version is released.

For now, you can take a look at the Feeder, Fetcher, and Exporter interfaces which will need to be implemented by the respective types of plugins.

If you want to experiment with writing plugins already now, you can fetch Angry IP Scanner source code and just put your new classes there.
